Music: Concerning Hobbits- OST LotR
Yeah, my friend lent me the OST for LotR today~ Hooray! This is probably my favorite song on the album. I like that opening
tune. Happy Hobbitses! XD
I finished LotR yesterday(the book, and finally) after putting it off for some weeks. Yesterday, which was the 25th of March,
the date of the fall of Sauron. Yeah! Good timing. Heh, Sam has got to be one of my top three characters in the book. Hmm, and
they would be:
1 Aragorn (XD!!!)
2 Sam
3 Faramir
4 Frodo
5 Eowyn
Okay, I know I said top three, but I just have got to add Frodo... and Eowyn, who's my favorite lady. Go Eowyn!
Okay, I know that a lot of you think/know/have the idea that I'm a BIG fan of LotR, and I won't deny that, but the fact is
that I have never watched the movie on the big screen. I caught it on a VCD(pirated, what did you expect?). And I regret it(very!)
now. The VCD's just not the same, darnit. Okay, okay, you don't have to gloat. But I don't know what was wrong with me that
day. I guess I was feeling a bit cranky, and irritable... one of my constant mood-swings, and I completely turned down my
cousin who had(so kindly) offered to treat me to the movie. Arrgh. Everytime I think of this little(not to say stupid) incident I kick
myself inwardly. I hate myself when I'm so stubborn. And I don't expect I'll ever get a chance to watch it in the cinema
again, unless they hold a three part marathon when the last part comes out, I predict in 2003. Graaaa.
You can at least say something to make me feel better. The irony of it all~

Just a little complaint about how bitchy teachers can be:
Today in Math class(the class I hate most of all), we were all minding our own business when the stupid Maths teacher swoops down on my friend and snatches up the little brown notebook on her table. I dunno, maybe she was looking in it or something, but it wasn't hers actually, and the owner was my other friend sitting behind me.
Anyways, she had passed the book up for everyone to write their addresses in it, and had not done anything wrong... But this teacher here, she confiscates the notebook. And I ask, ever so politely(which is rare), that she give it back because my friend hadn't done anything wrong. And she says, "Ah Mei-a, don't you worry-a, I'm just looking, I'll give it back, I'll give it back-wan!" Crap. What shit. My friend behind me was now grumbling and cursing beneath her breath, and I don't blame her cause that book was new.
So the bell rings, signal for the end of school, and the teacher just sweeps out of the classroom not even waiting for an apology, and she takes the book with her. Phooey, what a fat liar. If you wanna confiscate it, just say so, we won't hold a grudge against you. Well, I guess the notebooks gone for good now...
Well, at least the teachers in our school aren't bad compared to what you find in the government schools here. One of my friend's mothers is a teacher in SMKABP, and according to her the teachers don't even go to class, they go gambling and smoking in groups. The more consiencious students have to phone them on their handphones to inform them that class has started. Normally it's the other way round. Weird, huh?
Anyways blast that stupid Maths teacher.
Check this out, by the way. Its one of the anime that I watched recently, and the thing is that I intended to buy the artbook last time I went to Kino. I guess I was kind of attracted by the artwork. The story's not half bad anyway, it's about NieA(pronounced Nee-ya), who's an under-alien of some sort. The story takes place in the future, and so far I can't make head or tail of it. But check it out just the same.
Thanks anyone who's signed the gbook so far. Thanks for the comments on the layouts, though I don't think they're that special, and there are many other sites that surpass this one in this, um, area. But thanks anyway~ keep on signing, nyo~

Haha, your sister is like that too? But they like walking around the same place for hours lah, don't know why. Bersabarlah Natto! The same goes for your Kimia tuition!

Music: Forgotten- Linkin Park (killer bass on this one)
Well, I haven't been blogging for a long time. Busy, busy, busy week! So this is gonna be a
rather long entry.
Yesterday I took part in the MSSD Batu Pahat sports. Against my will. I was forced. The
sports teacher made me take two events, both which I was totally unprepared for: high jump &
shotput(gasp!). I haven't practised these two events since last year. So, on the day of the
competition, I decided to train for a while in the morning(the events were in the afternoon).
So I headed over to my school gym. There I injured my poor self during the high jump training
session. Gah. All my own fault anyway. I guess I didn't arrange the tilam(mattress) nicely and
there was a wide trench in the middle. So when I flie over the bar, guess what happens. Wham!
I got all the wind knocked out of me for a moment. Next there came the(excruciating!) pain in
my insides. *moan* I think I dislocated all my joints from my ribcage upwards. Now I can't even
talk or laugh loudly cause it fucking hurts...dammit, even when I sneeze it hurts!!!
Anyways, when I went to compete, I met a old-time school friend who's two years my junior. And
she really amazed me(not to say completely embarrassed me). She's that small, and she
could jump like 20cm under her height. She's a small thing, about say 150cm, and she just
bounced over the 132cm mark. On the other hand, lets take a look at me who previously had the
potential and the height and build to make higher jumps. Dammit. I fucking slammed into the 129cm
bar I tell you. And I passed it last year when I was shorter!!! ARRGH! I blame meself for not
training and not resisting food in last years holiday. And not for exercising and thinking that
I wouldn't get fat. But I did gain weight. Damn, I regret it now. And I admire this girl here.
Last time she was small and timid-like, and she wasn't much good at volleyball(we were in the
same team, me=striker her=setter). Now she's like totally changed. And I'm still the same old
lazy me. I loathe myself sometimes.
Anyways, my friend's sister bought her the Lord of the Rings Soundtrack from Kulai yesterday.
Arrgh~! I can't wait for her to finish it... the musics really great. Personally I liked the
music in the Ringwraith-Arwen chase, although I hated the scene. I hate this Arwen. I hate Liv
Tyler. Not that she's bad or anything, I just didn't like the way Arwen was portrayed in the
movie. I didn't like the Arwen/Elrond change. It's just not right. Phooey, I didn't like any
of the elves anyway. Funny, but PJ's LotR has totally ruined elves for me. Just look at Elrond!
And Arwen! And Galadriel! I could cry. They're supposed to be... I don't know just really
beautiful and graceful anyway. I don't like Elves.
Hmm, hmm... I bought Shaman King 18, Naruto 11 and Whistle! 20 this week. So much for my pocket
money. Anyways, it's time for a little manga rant.
I don't know why I liked Whistle! in the first place, maybe because I'm an avid fan of soccer(
all hail Liverpool FC!). But it's not a bad manga anyway. In fact it's one of the better soccer
manga that you get out there, not like your typical 'hot-blood' sport manga. Just look at Captain
Tsubasa and the rest of it. It's all crap. There's no skill, no strategy, just a bunch of guys
performing tricks that normally even the WC players couldn't pull off. Whistle! is much more
believeable. Sorry all you fans out there, but the Prince of Tennis is total shit. It's all over-exaggerated
for me. Graaa, I hate it.
Inuyasha is getting more and more boring. It's always the same
old scripts and sentences. There used to be a story but it's too damn longwinded. The fighting
scenes are repetitive and dull, the action is all too predictable. Whatever. I personally
support Sesshoumaru anyway.
Recently I started reading a shoujo manga 'Meteor Garden'.
Maybe a lot of you have heard of it since it's quite popular in Taiwan and Japan. And it ain't
half-bad. At least the manga is, anyway. My favorite F4 member has to be Dao Ming Si cause he's
like a little kid. Because he's a stuck up, snobby spoit rich kid. Oh yeah. This guy makes me laugh.
But I can't like the Taiwan pop band F4. They're just another manufactured pop act with a few cute
faces(not that I think so.). A piece of advice for people planning to check out 'Meteor Garden'.
Read the manga first, cause the drama series is just crap.
Oh yeah. Recently I entered a fanart in a competition for the HPAFA(Harry Potter Anime Fangirls Anonymous).
I did this piece with lousy Malaysian watercolor. It turned out okay, but I had to go real slow...
How I wish for a tablet!!! CG coloring is shit without a tablet. Anyone with experience can tell
you that. I'm currently eyeing a Wacom Graphire tabler that costs about RM328. The problem is I'll
have to work for the money. Phooey. I'm planning to study Graphic Design here! My parents, they'll
only agree to help me out it I get good results in the end-of-year and UEC exams respectively. But that's
at the end of year!!! 9 months more~ 9 months of hell... argh. If you have a tablet, don't shove it
in my face and consider yourselves lucky. >:(
Anyways this is a picture of Siri(duh, he's my overall
favorite). I don't know, but my style seems kind of Japanese-manga like... I've been influenced by manga
all my life. *shrugs* Whatever.
Oh yeah, and I got a new ICQ number today: 154636442
For anyone who cares. Anyways I'm satisfied with this number, because I chose the username 'ichigo'(think Bleach)
and the first two numbers are 1 and 5. Go figure. I like it~

Music: Carousel-Linkin Park
Argh. I'm mad. I just spent 1 and a half hours downloading Enya's 'May It Be' mp3 from mp3 finder, and when I want to unzip it, what do I find? It's password protected! Damn! I'm too lazy to try out all the passwords that mp3 finder has on their site. I'll just buy the pirated version. Or does anybody know a good place to download this particular song? Without passwords? Anybody? Please?
He, you guys won't believe how many LotR Groups there are on Yahoo. It's like people don't look for groups before they actually create one. Anyway I went on a little joining-spree. There's even one for Pervy Hobbit Fanciers! Ho! Before I saw that, I was thinking of creating a ML for the PHFs too, but someone beat me to it. Right now I'm thinking of making a clique for it.
Oh yeah. Me and another fellow PHF(hehe) watched the movie only to hear Frodo make helpless cries and wails. Haha again. I suggested we record them and play them at night, full volume. Um, one could say that these actions were a little on the SM-side...
And I've almost finished Two Towers, been reading it in class.

Music: 'Insatiable' -Darren Hayes
This is such a creepy song. I meant that in a nice way.
Whoowhoo~! New layout, ladies! Haha, only yesterday I listened to 'Insatiable' for the first time. Lovely song, but the beat's a little sad. And it reminds me of Mel C's 'Never be the same again'. I kept humming it in school today, except I would keep singing 'NBTSA' by mistake... spontaeneously. I thought that when Savage Garden broke up, my obsession with soppy pop music was over. But now Darren Hayes is back to haunt me. Damnit. One more reason to waste my pocket money.
Why~~ does he sing so high? Can't sing along!
Today I discovered I have totally forgotten how to play basketball. It's really a pity, because a few pleasant memories with now-distant friends were possible through basketball. I have given up. I am a wimp. I wish I could go back to when I wasn't this lame. But I guess I've changed. But then, everybody changes.
